Publicity has the potential to make or break your event.
If women don’t know what is going on they can’t attend.
Relying on the Sunday bulletin or church newsletter is no longer enough.
Women need multiple reminders.
Your women have busy schedules.
And some just plain forget!

- Sunday bulletins
- Bulletin board
- Registration forms
- Videos
- Bathroom flyers
- Sunday School announcements
- Sunday School folder flyers
- Pulpit announcements
- Sandwich boards
- Emails to attendees (not just members!)
- Email newsletter
- Church calendar
- Announcements at events and Bible studies
Please make sure you obtain the proper approvals (staff, building and grounds, etc.) prior to displaying any new publicity in your church. I don’t want to get you in trouble!

Those are great ideas! I have been utilizing Facebook. I create a private event and invite individuals who I know and some that know peope I know. I send reminders as well. People have been surprisingly responsive.
