Some icebreaker games are better than others for team-building. Ideally, we want to select a game that works well with a small number of people, leads to deeper relationships, and encourages small groups to work together.

A Few of My Favorite Things Icebreaker (Free Printable)
Even if your women’s ministry team has been together for a while, you might be surprised by the new things you discover about each other.
Dract (Draw + Act)
Dract is a hybrid of Charades and Pictionary. Playing cards direct players to either act or draw the clue for their team.
Marooned
Group members must decide AND agree upon 5 items they would have brought with them if they knew they were going to be stranded on an island.
Roll & Poll (Free Printable)
The roll of a die determines which question each person will answer. Includes 3 different versions of free printable game boards.
What's inside your car?
It's a race to dig through the items in one group members' car to score as many points as possible.
Would she rather?
How well do you know the women on your women’s ministry team or in your small group? Includes a free printable worksheet.
