Does your team struggle with budgeting for an event? Perhaps you’ve under or overshot your budget on multiple occassions.

Publicity has the potential to make or break your event. Too little publicity and no one knows to come. Missing information in your publicity leads to confusion. We’ve made a lot of publicity makes over the years: Can you relate? Perhaps your team has had a few publicity mishaps too. How do you make sure…

Earlier this month I stumbled across this article by Eric Geiger. You may have seen it when I shared it on the Women’s Ministry Toolbox Facebook page. What God drew my attention to was the 3 questions he asked his team:

Nine years ago our then-new women’s ministry team longed to include the things the women in our church really wanted in our ministry plans. It was our deepest desire to meet our women where they were and to provide events, activities, and resources that would encourage them in their walk with Christ.

Last summer I joined the women’s ministry team at our (new to us) church. I asked a lot of questions at that first meeting. How do I submit a receipt? When do I need to get my publicity submitted for the next church newsletter?

As your team enters into a new calendar year, I want to encourage you to do a little housekeeping. Clean out that women’s ministry closet or cabinet. Do a little organizing.

This Women’s Ministry Information Card is a form you can use to collect information on your women as well as recruit volunteers.

What does your women’s ministry calendar look like? Do you have too many events planned for the fall? When is the next newsletter due to go out?

Tip 19 provides a handy-dandy sign-up form flexible enough for any need. There are spaces for women to include their name, email address, and phone number.
