For the last couple of years, I’ve been working with a team at CTA – Christ to All to create a line of women’s ministry leader resources.
I never imagined when I launched Women’s Ministry Toolbox almost 10 years ago, that God would provide an opportunity for me to help create products – much less for a company I already loved!
I’ve been a loyal CTA customer for years! I first found CTA when I was looking for resources for Children’s ministry events at our church. I loved how Christ-centered every item was and the quality blew me away! The prices are similar to Oriental Trading, but the quality is much better!
I know the struggle of trying to find gifts and resources for women’s ministry that are created for adults and focus on scripture and the gospel.
When God moved me into women’s ministry, we purchased take-home favors for events and retreats. Every year I placed an order for cups, devotionals, cosmetic mirrors, bags, and more for our door prize baskets.
I’m thrilled to have a hand in helping to create these items for leaders like you!
After much prayer and consideration, we selected Galatians 5:13, Through Love Serve One Another as our focus for this product line.
Our prayer is that each resource will encourage you and your team to serve one another and your women with love and with the heart of Jesus.
The Women’s Ministry Leadership Resources includes 6 products:
- Women’s Ministry Leadership Digital Training Manual
- Women’s Ministry Quarterly Training Packets
- Prayer Journal
- Journal Stickers
- File Folders
- Large Tote Bag
It’s the resource I wish I’d had as a new women’s ministry leader. But it’s also got content that will encourage those of you who are seasoned leaders too.
This one-of-a-kind resource includes:
- Fillable forms
- Team-building icebreaker games
- Prayer tags
And advice that will help you and your team serve with the love of Jesus.
From event planning to budgeting to team meetings, this leadership packet is your guide to building a successful, Christ-focused women’s ministry program.
This is a digital download – use it immediately upon purchase.
Women’s Ministry Quarterly Training Packets
These packets are designed for you to use at your women’s ministry team meetings. Think of them as a leadership devotional, discipleship for your team, or mini-Bible study.
The Women’s Ministry Quarterly Trainings include three lessons. I suggest using one a month, over three months, during the first 15-20 minutes of your women’s ministry team meeting.
- Lesson 1 unpacks the biblical principle of Christlike commitment. Together you’ll open God’s Word and discuss what God reveals about commitment in that passage.
- Lesson 2 encourages personal application. The women on your team will reflect on their level of commitment in a non-threatening, private way.
- Lesson 3 provides the opportunity for team application. Your team will create a team covenant. Don’t worry, I’ve provided detailed suggestions and examples to guide you through the process.
In addition to the three mini-trainings, you’ll receive specific ideas to encourage your team, printable scripture cards, prayer cards, postcards, and a fun favor idea.
As your team works through these materials, you’ll find relationships strengthen and deepen as you dig into God’s Word together. You’ll build community and unity.
This is a digital resource – no need to wait on shipping! Download it after purchase and use it immediately.
Each quarterly packet will follow the same format and will include unique printables and activities specific to that topic. Quarter 2 is Following in Faith. Quarter 3 will be released soon!
I love a good notebook and am thrilled to be able to offer a high-quality notebook at a great price.
You’ll love the thickness of the pages, the cover with the bit of shimmer, and the lined pages with space to record your prayers or jot your thoughts.
Use it for your women’s ministry meeting notes, sermon notes, to keep track of prayer requests for your small group, or as a space to journal what you’re learning during your quiet time.
These fun, yet practical, stickers were created to coordinate with the rest of the leadership line.
Place these stickers on your water bottle, journal, in your Bible, or on an encouraging note. These stickers feature encouraging messages and helpful labels like “Purpose,” “Areas of Giftedness,” “To-do list,” “I am loved,” and so many more! With 24 stickers on 2 sheets, you’ll have plenty to share.
You all know I’m all about organization!
These heavy-duty, colorful file folders are great for handing out women’s ministry team meeting materials or keeping your event materials organized. Purchase one pack for yourself and another to hand out to each team member.
While I love every item that we’ve created for you, this one is extra-special.
When the team asked if there was one thing I really wanted to create, I responded with “the ultimate tote bag.”
I love a great tote bag, but have never been able to find one that checks all the boxes – until now!
I need lots of pockets so I can carry all the things – water bottle, reading glasses, Bible, snacks, tissues, books, and more. I want sturdy zippers that hold up and hold my items in each spot. I can’t tell you how many times a tote bag has gotten knocked over and spilled all over my car.
This bag is big enough to carry everything you need for your women’s ministry meeting. It’s also big enough that you could use it on an overnight trip. But it’s not so big that it’s bulky – you should see the sample that didn’t make the cut!
You’ll love the adjustable straps and the wipe-off fabric.
It’s my go-to bag. I carry it with me to church on Sunday mornings, our mid-week small group, and women’s ministry meetings. I love that it’s always ready to go.
Check out the video below to see each women’s ministry leadership resource in action!
I pray you’ll find each item to be a blessing and help!
Please be sure to review the items you purchase on the CTA website. Your feedback is helpful!
