I am super-excited to share a brand-new resource with you all today!

I have been wanting to create some videos for you all for months! But it wasn’t until recently that I was able to see how God was using my battle with technical difficulties and life circumstances to get me to this very place.

Once again I am reminded that His timing is perfect and that He does work all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

Today I am happy to share with you the very first episode of Gather and Glean.

It is my great hope and prayer that you’ll find ideas and tips that you can gather and glean that will help you be a better women‘s ministry leader and better reach the women in your church and community.

Each episode of Gather and Glean will feature:

1. Close-up Look at an Icebreaker Game

Icebreakers are great tools for building relationships and busting up those dreaded cliques. I’ll highlight one of my favorite games in each episode.

2. Planning or Organizational Tip

With almost 400 posts to date on the site, I’ll dig through the posts and pull out an organizational or planning tip that’s certain to help you and your team.

3. Question & Answer

This one is all about you! I’ll answer questions submitted by YOU! You can email me your questions or comment below.

4. Cyndee’s Recommendations

“These are a few of my favorite things…” I love sharing resources that will help you be a better leader and strengthen your walk. I’ll also share book club and Bible study recommendations. Be on the lookout for future giveaways!

5. Show & Tell

I don’t want this to just be about me. I want to see and hear about the great things you’re doing in your church and community and I know other leaders do too! Send your photos or videos so I can share your great ideas with other leaders. Let’s inspire each other!

In addition to the 7-10 minute video, I’ll always include links to the posts and resources mentioned, as well as related articles on the site that you may find helpful.

Without further ado, here’s Episode 1 – Christmas Prep.
