Some of the most popular posts on this site are my original Christmas icebreaker games.
My personal favorite is the Left-Right Nativity Story, while statistics show that the people’s favorite is the Christmas Connection game.
Seeing as these Christmas icebreaker games are scattered across the site and were posted over the course of many years, I thought it might be helpful if I packaged up some of my favorites in a handy e-book: 12 Days of Christmas Games.
One lucky reader will win a copy! Don’t miss the details at the bottom of the post!
In the midst of copying over the directions and worksheets, I added some clarity to the directions and created some fresh new worksheets with new graphics. You’re going to love the new look!
Just for fun, I also decided to create a brand-new icebreaker game, A Few of My Favorite Christmas Things. It’s exclusive to this e-book and not available anywhere else!
If you’d like to have easy access to a wide range of fun, unique, and original Christmas icebreaker games for your Christmas celebrations this book is for you!
Here’s the skinny:
- 12 Days of Christmas Games is an e-book. It’s an electronic file, in a PDF format that will be delivered via email.
- The cost is just $12. At just $1 per icebreaker that’s a crazy good deal!
- Unlimited copies are permitted for the church, person, or ministry that has purchased the book. If the church purchases the book and you want to make copies for your neighborhood holiday party, you will need to make an additional purchase.
Which Christmas icebreaker games are included?
- Christmas Connection
- Christmas Table Talk Cards
- DRACT (Draw + Act)
- Left Right Christmas Story
- Nativity Left Right Story
- Pick-a-Side
- Roll & Poll

- EXCLUSIVE – A Few of My Favorite Christmas Things
What ages/groups are these games appropriate for?
The games are appropriate for groups of middle school age and up. Elementary-aged children can play many of the games. However, their limited life experience may prove to be a bit challenging.
These games have been successfully used at Youth group parties, Bible study groups, women’s ministry Christmas fellowships and more!

Would love a white Christmas! Merry Christmas to all!
I’d like a white Christmas but wouldn’t want it to interfere with travel.
White Christmas. We usually play a game before opening presents. Done the Nativity right and left
I prefer a white Christmas with large snow flakes falling gently to the ground. ❤️☃️❄️????
Warm Christmas please!
Every Christmas is a warm Christmas when it is spent with the ones you love! I love warm Christmases, (but a little white stuff falling from the sky would be beautiful! )
I would love to have a white Christmas. I would play the left right game . I’d love to win.
White! Hands down…so beautiful and peaceful. (Just enough for that, but for the roads to be safe.☺️) Thank you so much, Cyndee, for all your hard work and excellence in bringing us such useful information and encouragement. All God’s blessings to you and yours this most wondrous season.
White for sure! I live in San Diego where winter means you have to wear long sleeves and closed toe shoes. You throw in a sweater “just in case”. Ha!
It would be fun to have a white Christmas!! However I would probably stay inside cuddled up. So it would be a warm white Christmas for me ????
Hmm. White or warm? Well, if you ask my husband… white IS warm! Me? I’m okay with white as long as ALL the essentials have been met … 1) Everyone home & no one out driving, 2) plenty of wood for the wood stove, and 3) plenty of hot chocolate & fuzzy slippers. THEN, and only then, would white & warm come together to make for a wonderful day. 🙂
Warm Christmas
I love a white Christmas. In the lower part of lower Michigan, we’re hoping it happens this year.
I would rather have a warm Christmas.
I’d love to know “Would you rather have a white Christmas or a warm Christmas?” For me a nice warm Christmas is best! Thank you for all you do! Merry Christmas

White Christmas for me!
Hoping for a White Christmas this year.
Since I live in a city where it never snows, it would truly be unique to celebrate “one” white Christmas in my lifetime! I would cherish your free resource for my Women’s Prayer/Bible study group as I am asked to to lead games frequently. I need it before my December 9th Christmas fellowship though. Thank you for your practical, insightful and caring tips!
A warm Christmas!
A white Christmas.
There is nothing like having a beautiful snowfall to slow down our busy world. What a great way to contemplate the birth of our Savior. So….a white Christmas.
White Christmas!!
I would choose a White Christmas- let the other days be warm, though 🙂
A white Christmas is over rated – I’m from Iowa and I’d like a warm Christmas (preferably one on a beach in the Caribbean) 🙂

I would love a White Christmas. Having lived in NC all but 3 years of my life, a White Christmas is unheard of around here and I would love to see one. The games sound life fun and I am excited for a chance to win a copy of the e-book. I am new to Women’s Ministry and it never hurts to have extra tools. 🙂
