I’m of the mind that you can never be too prepared.
For years I’ve been using various forms of this Women’s Ministry supply box.
I tote it to every event.
If our team needs a stapler, I’ve got it.
Our speaker needs a mint, I’ve got one.
We run out of name tags, no problem.
My favorite boxes have:
- A handle to make for easy carrying.
- A snap close lid so all the little pieces don’t come tumbling out. Goodness knows, I’m likely to drop it and send everything spilling all over the floor!
- Little compartments to keep everything organized.
Want to order one? I love this Transparent Toolbox (affiliate link). I just couldn’t find one like it at Wal-Mart.

What’s in my supply box?
- Post-it notes
- Extra name badge labels
- Push pins
- Paper clips
- Dry erase markers
- Permanent markers
- A few breath mints
- Ibuprofen (not pictured)
When we anticipate the needs of our speakers and our women it shows them just how much we care.
