Tip 22 – Women’s Ministry Supply Box

Women's Ministry Supply Box - Be prepared for anything at every event!

I’m of the mind that you can never be too prepared.

For years I’ve been using various forms of this Women’s Ministry supply box.

I tote it to every event.

If our team needs a stapler, I’ve got it.

Our speaker needs a mint, I’ve got one.

We run out of name tags, no problem.

My favorite boxes have:

  • A handle to make for easy carrying.
  • A snap close lid so all the little pieces don’t come tumbling out. Goodness knows, I’m likely to drop it and send everything spilling all over the floor!
  • Little compartments to keep everything organized.

Want to order one? I love this Transparent Toolbox (affiliate link). I just couldn’t find one like it at Wal-Mart.

Please note this post contains affiliate links, you don’t pay a penny more. Your purchase is appreciated as it helps to cover the costs of this blog!

What’s in my supply box?

  1. Post-it notes
  2. Scissors
  3. Extra name badge labels
  4. Stapler
  5. Band-Aids
  6. Push pins
  7. Paper clips
  8. Dry erase markers
  9. Permanent markers
  10. Highlighters
  11. Tape
  12. A few breath mints
  13. Ibuprofen (not pictured)

When we anticipate the needs of our speakers and our women it shows them just how much we care.
