Back in December my sister sent me an email requesting help in finding door prizes for their next Women’s Ministry event.

Knowing how much I love to shop, especially with other people’s money, she knew it was a task I’d enjoy.

Their team wanted to spend $10 or less per door prize.

An amount I think is great – no one gets such an expensive prize that women leave jealous – and it allowed them to give away a lot of door prizes.

I thought it would be fun to share that list along with a few additional ideas with each one of you.

Whether you’re in need of some fresh door prize ideas, volunteer gifts, or speaker gifts, you’re certain to find something you’ll love!

As of this posting every item featured was $10 or less (usually less!):

I suggested they place all the gift unwrapped in a basket or bucket so women could choose something they really wanted.

Sometimes we get stuck in the gift card rut, and while $5 or $10 gift cards are often appreciated, it can be nice to mix things up a bit.

As an unexpected bonus, you might even get a bit of free advertising out of it – say when Julie wears the scarf she won to church and someone compliments her on it.
